Sec. 1001.452.  COURSE OF INSTRUCTION OR PROVISION OF MATERIALS.  A driver training provider may not conduct a course of instruction or provide driver education course materials, as applicable, in this state before the date the provider receives the necessary driver training provider license from the department.
