Sec. 1013.003. Essential Public Function; Political Subdivision.


Sec. 1013.003.  ESSENTIAL PUBLIC FUNCTION; POLITICAL SUBDIVISION.  The district is:
(1)  a public entity performing an essential public function; and
(2)  a political subdivision of this state.
