Sec. 1033.052.  QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE.  To qualify for election to the board, a person must:
(1)  be at least 18 years of age;
(2)  have been a district resident for at least two years; and
(3)  be a qualified property taxpaying voter of the district.
