Sec. 1058.205. Execution of General Obligation Bonds.

Sec. 1058.205. EXECUTION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. (a) The board's presiding officer shall execute the general obligation bonds in the district's name.

(b) The board secretary shall countersign the bonds.
