Sec. 1062.056.  COMPENSATION; EXPENSES.  A director is not entitled to compensation but is entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses incurred in attending to district business.  The expenses must be:
(1)  reported in the district's records; and
(2)  approved by the remainder of the board.
