All of the terms used in these rules have the same meaning as defined in section 4 of the Texas Securities Act. In addition, the board may from time to time define and interpret certain terms, whether or not used in the Act, insofar as the definition and interpretation are not inconsistent with the purpose fairly intended by the policy and provisions of the Act.
