Sec. 11007.001. Definitions.


Sec. 11007.001.  DEFINITIONS.  In this chapter:
(1)  "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2)  "Bond" means a bond or note.
(3)  "Director" means a member of the board.
(4)  "District" means the West Jefferson County Municipal Water District.
