Sec. 1108.058. Quorum; Voting Requirement.


Sec. 1108.058.  QUORUM; VOTING REQUIREMENT.  (a)  Any five directors constitute a quorum.
(b)  A concurrence of five directors is sufficient in any matter relating to district business.
