Sec. 111.036. INFORMATION FURNISHED BY OFFICERS. In preparing the budget, the county auditor may require any district, county, or precinct officer of the county to provide information necessary for the auditor to properly prepare the budget.Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
