Sec. 1131.702.  PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS.  The premium for the policy must be paid from:
(1)  the policyholder's funds;
(2)  funds contributed by the insureds;  or
(3)  both the policyholder's funds and funds contributed by the insureds.
