The Commission shall manage, administer, maintain and assign parking in parking lots and/or parking structures in facilities managed by the Commission and those within the Commission's inventory, with the exception of those which are under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Public Safety during State of Texas business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
