(a) Performance measures for the Mandatory Paper Recycling Program shall report to the Legislative Budget Board the total quantity of paper in tons recycled by all agencies located in a facility on the Commission's Facilities inventory.     
      (b) Commission staff shall compile this information on a quarterly basis.
