Rule 1.199 Authority and Specific Purposes of the Community and Technical College Leadership Council

(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, §61.062(e). (b) Purposes. The Community and Technical College Leadership Council is created to provide the Commissioner and the Board with advice and recommendations on issues relevant to community, technical and state colleges.
