Rule 1.206 Authority and Specific Purposes of the Undergraduate Education Advisory Committee

(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2110, §2110.0012. (b) Purposes. The Undergraduate Education Advisory Committee is created to provide the Board with advice and recommendation(s) regarding undergraduate education.
