Sec. 121.210. RECOVERY BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. An administrative penalty owed under Sections 121.206-121.208 may be recovered in a civil action brought by the attorney general at the request of the railroad commission.Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
