Rule 1.213 Authority and Specific Purposes of the Higher Education Strategic Planning Committee

(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2110, §2110.0012. (b) Purposes. The Higher Education Strategic Planning Committee is created to provide the Board with advice and recommendation(s) regarding the Board's development of the next long-term strategic plan for Texas higher education.
