Any person under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Dental Examiners may request the Board to consider and approve an exception to Board rules. The request will be considered at a regularly scheduled board meeting following receipt of a written request for appearance. The Board will not consider a request for exception from any party to a contested case or from a respondent in a pending complaint investigation.
