The department shall send each reporting hospital a copy of its data verification report prior to the publication of the results of the Annual Survey of Hospitals. The hospital shall review the contents of the verification report provided by the department. If modifications to the report are necessary, the appropriate changes shall be made on the report, and the hospital administrator shall sign and return the report to the department within 31 days of receipt. If no changes are reported within 31 days, the department shall consider the hospital's report verified.
