Art. 13A.253.  UNAUTHORIZED ACQUISITION OR TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FINANCIAL INFORMATION.  An offense under Section 31.17, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in:
(1)  any county in which the offense was committed; or
(2)  the county in which the victim resides.
