Art. 13A.259.  CERTAIN DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.  An offense under Section 32.46, 32.48, or 32.49, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county:
(1)  from which any material document was sent; or
(2)  in which any material document was delivered.
