(a) The board may review the status of a license or registration holder the board believes:
(1) may have been issued a license or registration through fraud or error; or
(2) may constitute a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare.
(b) The board may, as set out in §139.31 of this chapter (relating to Enforcement Actions for Violations of the Acts or Board Rules), suspend or revoke a license or registration held by a person whose status is reviewed under this section.
