Sec. 1401.003. LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY. The authority may not issue or sell a bond under this chapter for a project unless the legislature has authorized the specific project by:(1) this chapter;(2) the General Appropriations Act; or(3) Chapter 1232.Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff.
