Sec. 142.024.  HOME HEALTH MEDICATION AIDE TRAINING PROGRAMS.  (a)  An application for the approval of a home health medication aide training program must be made to the department on a form prescribed by the department and under department rules.
(b)  The department shall approve a home health medication aide training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 142.023.  The department may review the approval annually.
