Sec. 14.303. STAY OF ORDER PENDING APPEAL. On a showing of good cause, the commissioner or the reviewing court may enter an order staying the effect of a final decision of the commissioner pending appeal by a party in interest.Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
