Sec. 1504.261. Adoption and Execution of Documents.
Sec. 1504.261. ADOPTION AND EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS. The municipality may adopt and have executed any other proceeding or instrument necessary or convenient to the issuance of bonds under this subchapter.
