Sec. 1505.003. Amount of Bonds.

Sec. 1505.003. AMOUNT OF BONDS. A municipality may issue bonds under this subchapter in an amount:

(1) the municipality considers necessary; and

(2) that does not exceed a limit on debt set by the municipal charter.
