Sec. 1505.101. Applicability of Subchapter.

Sec. 1505.101. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies only to a municipality that:

(1) is located in a navigation district organized under the general laws of this state; and

(2) has a deepwater port located in the district.
