Sec. 1507.104. Applicability of Municipal Charter.
Sec. 1507.104. APPLICABILITY OF MUNICIPAL CHARTER. A provision of a municipal charter relating to the terms, issuance, sale, or delivery of bonds does not apply to a bond issued under this subchapter.
