Rule 151.5 Bid Opening and Tabulation

To comply with Texas Government Code, §2156.005(d), the Board adopts by reference the rules of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts in 34 TAC §20.207 (relating to Competitive Sealed Bidding).
