A corporation may only accept donations of cash, goods, services, and property which will further the performance of its functions as authorized by the commission. All donations shall be used by the corporation for their intended purpose in accordance with requirements of the commission and applicable law. All corporations, in receiving donations shall accept and use the donations only for specific purposes legally supported and authorized by the donors and shall be strictly accountable to such donors and the commission.
