Rule 16.155 Surplus Revenue and Contract Payments Not Allocated by Formula

Revenue to which Transportation Code, Chapter 228 applies is allocated in accordance with that chapter and is not considered revenue to be allocated by a formula under §16.154 of this subchapter (relating to Transportation Allocation Funding Formulas).
