Premises found to have housed, incubated, brooded, or ranged an infected flock shall be cleansed and disinfected under the supervision of Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (TVMDL) personnel within 15 days following depopulation, unless an extension of time is granted. No infected premises shall be restocked with poultry or eggs for hatching purposes until the above cleaning and disinfecting requirement is certified complete by TVMDL.
