Rule 167.101 Mediator Qualifications

Repealed Date: 08/06/2024 (a) Any mediator appointed by SOAH shall have the qualifications prescribed by Insurance Code, §1467.052. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, a person other than a mediator appointed by SOAH may conduct mediation under this chapter on agreement of all parties and notice to the Chief Judge or her designee.
