Sec. 1701.060.  APPLICATION OF OPEN RECORDS LAW AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE LAW.  Except as provided by Sections 1701.502 and 1701.503, the commission is subject to Chapters 551 and 2001, Government Code.
