Sec. 1704.256. STANDARD OF JUDICIAL REVIEW. Judicial review of an appeal filed under Section 1704.255 is by trial de novo in the same manner as an appeal from a justice court to a county court.Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
