Sec. 181.006. CONSENT REQUIRED IN MUNICIPALITY. A gas corporation may exercise authority under Section 181.005 in relation to a municipal street or alley with the consent of and subject to the direction of the governing body of the municipality.Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
