Sec. 181.055. Employee Benefit Plan.
Sec. 181.055. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN. This chapter does not apply to:
(1) an employee benefit plan; or
(2) any covered entity or other person, insofar as the entity or person is acting in connection with an employee benefit plan.
