If a respondent violates a cease and desist order, the board may:
(1) Impose an administrative penalty against the respondent, and/or
(2) refer the matter to the attorney general to institute action for: (A) an injunction against violation of the cease and desist order; (B) any administrative penalty assessed by the board; (C) a civil penalty in accordance with the §165.101 of the Act; (D) expenses in accordance with the Act, §165.103; and (E) any other remedy provided by law.
