These rules govern the licensure and activities of brokers and managers who are licensed under the Reinsurance Intermediary Act, Texas Insurance Code, Article 21.07-7. These sections are supplementary to and cumulative of existing statutes. In the case of an ambiguity or contradiction between any of the sections in these rules and any statute, the provisions of the statute prevail.
