The Parole Division shall collect all parole supervision and other administrative fees from offenders released on parole and mandatory supervision required to pay such fees. The method of payment required of such offenders shall be in the form of a money order or certified cashier's check payable to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice or electronic means approved by the department.
