Sec. 1958.106.  TRAINING. (a) The commission shall adopt rules regarding training required under this chapter.
(b)  The rules may include requirements regarding training providers, including rules establishing:
(1)  accreditation by the department;
(2)  curriculum requirements; and
(3)  qualifications.
