Section 11.084 of the Natural Resource Code may not be used to:
  (1) resolve boundary disputes;
  (2) change the mineral reservation in an existing patent;
  (3) determine the existence of a vacancy; or
  (4) obtain a deed of acquittance to excess acreage.
