Rule 20.557 Negotiation and Mediation of Contract Disputes

The negotiation and mediation of breach of contract claims asserted by contractors against the comptroller shall be governed by Chapter 1, Subchapter F of this title (Negotiation and Mediation of Contract Disputes).
