Sec. 21.055. GRANT OR GIFT WITH PRESCRIBED PURPOSE. The department may accept from any person a grant or gift of money or property for which the person has prescribed a particular use for an aeronautical purpose.Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
