(a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this section, the fee for a consolidated license equals the sum of the fees for each component license encompassed by the consolidated license.
(b) The department may adjust the fee for a consolidated license to reflect the economic efficiency gained by the department through the operation of a consolidated license program.
