Sec. 212.008. APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL. A person desiring approval of a plat must apply to and file a copy of the plat with the municipal planning commission or, if the municipality has no planning commission, the governing body of the municipality.Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
