Sec. 213.002. PROSECUTION OF CRIMINAL ACTIONS. The prosecuting attorney for a county in which a criminal violation of this subtitle or a rule adopted under this subtitle is alleged to have occurred shall prosecute the criminal action.Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
