Effective April 18, 2020, unless an exception is approved by the agency head or an exemption has been made for specific technologies pursuant to §213.17 of this chapter, all documentation and services that support the use of EIR developed, procured, or changed by a state agency shall comply with the standards described in this subchapter. Each state agency shall comply with the following standards referenced in Section 508 Appendix C, Chapter 6:
  (1) Chapter 6, § 602 Support Documentation; and
  (2) Chapter 6, § 603 Support.
