Sec. 2153.056. DELEGATION AUTHORIZED. The comptroller may delegate to an authorized representative any authority provided to the comptroller under this chapter, including the authority to:(1) conduct an investigation; and(2) hold a hearing.Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
