Sec. 2153.356.  CRIMINAL OFFENSE;  OPERATING WITHOUT A LICENSE OR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.  (a)  A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates Section 2153.151.
(b)  An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
